Add items to Make It Butter website

Once you have your menu items added in Items & Categories (see how), it’s time to add them to your online ordering website – Make It Butter.

Learn how to:
1. add items to Make It Butter website – adding your products to your online ordering website
2. use descriptors – ‘separators’ to divide your categories to different sections (sweet/salty, etc)

1. How to add items to Make It Butter website

[1] Log in the Figure Manage website with your credentials and go to the Management > Sales Input > Online Ordering.

[2] Choose a service (website) you want to edit.

[3] In this screen, you can edit your folders/categories you have on your Make It Butter – you can add a new folder or adjust Hours of Availability for particular items/folder (click to see the detailed manual).

[3] When you are done with adjusting your folders, click ‘Done‘.

[4] Then choose a folder into which you would like to add new items.

[5] Find items by scrolling, choosing a category, or use a search bar.

[6] Click “+” to add the item to a folder. Do this will all items you want to add to Make It Butter.

[7] Items will be moved to the left side – to a Make It Butter folder. Do not forget to hit ‘Save‘ once you are done!

2. How to use Descriptors

Descriptors are used for dividing your page to different sections. Example: let’s have a category BREAKFAST. Within that category you can use separators SWEET and SALTY. It will all stay in one category, but divided into two sections.

See how it looks like:

[1] To set the descriptors, log in the Figure Manage website with your credentials and go to the Management > Sales Input > Online Ordering.

[2] If you don’t need to add/remove/adjust any folder you already created, just hit Done.

[3] Choose what Category you want to create the descriptors in.

[4] Choose if you want to add the descriptor to the Top or to the Bottom of the item list – it is possible to use the drag and drop to place them elsewhere.

[5] Add text of the descriptor.

[6] Place the descriptor to a required place.

[7] Hit Save.

3. How to remove items/categories/descriptors

[1] Log in the Figure Manage website with your credentials and go to the Management > Sales Input > Online Ordering.

[2] Find the item, folder (category) or descriptor you would like to remove.

[3] Hover above the item/folder/descriptor. The red trash bin will appear – click it to remove the item/folder/descriptor.

[4] Hit Save
