In Figure Manage, you can set up five different pricing types according to your business needs. Below you will learn how to set and change the pricing types.
After you set the price, you can add Modifiers to help you perfect your menu while offering high customisable items to your clients.

Learn more about:

  1. Fixed Price: set one single fixed price for the item
  2. Set in Options: set multiple prices based on item variations. Example: One item Soda can have two different prices, according to size: Small Soda for 2$ and Large Soda for 5$
  3. Set upon sale*: set no price. at the moment of selling, the cashier will introduce the price amount
    *items with this price type are visible just in POS, not in Online Ordering
  4. Unit Based: set price based on the measurement unit: per kg / per L
  5. Catering: set catering price: per person / serving / tray

1. How to set & change Fixed price 

[1] Log into Figure Manage website with your credentials and go to Management -> Items & Categories

[2] Choose an item and click on it

[3] Choose Pricing Type ‘Fixed price

[4] Change the price $ (number) in the field called Price

[5] Click on Save button from the bottom right corner

2. How to set & change Option prices:

Firstly, you will need to create an option group.

[1] Log into Figure Manage website with your credentials and go to Management -> Items & Categories

[2] Go to Options tabs

[3] Click on New Option Group

[4] Insert Option Group Name and click on Add Options

[5] Write individual option names and, if preferred, add kitchen names for them as well

[5] Click on Save

Now, you need to add to your item the option group you just created:

[7] Choose Pricing Type “Set in Options”

[8] Add the Option Group you just created 

[9] Set prices for the Options

[10] Click On Save

3. How to set & change Set Upon Sale prices:

[1] Log into Figure Manage website with your credentials and go to Management -> Items & Categories

[2] Choose an item and click on it

[3] Choose Pricing Type “Set upon sale

[4] Click on Save button from the bottom right corner

4. How to set & change Unit Based prices:

[1] Log into Figure Manage website with your credentials and go to Management -> Items & Categories

[2] Choose an item and click on it

[3] Choose Pricing Type “Unit Based

[4] Input Fixed Price and choose the Unit type

[5] If desired, choose minimum and maximum quantity

[6] Click on Save button from the bottom right corner

5. How to set & change Catering prices:

[1] Log into Figure Manage website with your credentials and go to Management -> Items & Categories

[2] Choose an item and click on it

[3] Choose Pricing Type “Catering

[4] Input Fixed Price and choose the Unit Type

[5] If desired, choose minimum and maximum quantity

[6] Click on Save button from the bottom right corner
